Cancellation Policy
Clear cancellation terms for every Red Dunes Adventure booking.
The same cancellation policy applies to Morning, Evening, VIP and Private safaris. All times are Dubai local time (GST, UTC+4).
Cancellation Charges
At least 24 hours before your safari: free cancellation. No charge applies.
Less than 24 hours before your safari: a 50% cancellation charge applies.
After 12:00 PM (Dubai time) on the safari date: a 100% cancellation charge applies.
How the 12:00 PM Cutoff Works
The cutoff is 12:00 PM (noon), Dubai time, on the date of your safari. It matters for safaris that start later that day, such as Evening and VIP safaris: if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice but before 12:00 PM on the safari date, the 50% cancellation charge applies; if you cancel after 12:00 PM on the safari date, the 100% cancellation charge applies.
Morning Bookings
For morning bookings, please cancel at least one day in advance. On the morning of the safari your driver may already be dispatched, so a same-morning cancellation is treated as less than 24 hours' notice.
