Terms & Conditions
The simple terms behind booking with Red Dunes Adventure.
Booking Requests
Submitting the booking form on our website sends us a booking request — it is not a confirmed booking. We confirm availability, final pricing, and your pickup arrangements with you on WhatsApp. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
Prices & Inclusions
Evening Desert Safari: AED 75 per person. VIP Desert Safari: AED 110 per person. Morning safaris are arranged as private bookings and are not priced per person. Private safari prices are shared on request — message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Quad biking and dune buggy rides are optional paid add-ons. They are not included in the safari price unless we state otherwise in writing.
Pickup & Timings
We offer hotel pickup and drop-off in Dubai and Sharjah. Your exact pickup time is confirmed on WhatsApp when you book, as timings vary by season and location. Please be ready at your pickup point 10 minutes before the confirmed time.
Cancellations & Changes
To cancel or reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible. The same policy applies to Morning, Evening, VIP and Private safaris. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your safari are free. With less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation charge applies. After 12:00 PM (Dubai time) on the safari date, a 100% cancellation charge applies. For morning bookings, please cancel at least one day in advance, because your driver may already be dispatched on the safari morning. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
Safety & Suitability
Dune bashing is an adventurous activity and may not be suitable for everyone. It may not be suitable for young children, pregnant guests, or guests with back, neck, or heart conditions. If you are unsure, please ask us on WhatsApp before booking.
Conduct During the Safari
Please follow the instructions of your driver and camp staff at all times — they are responsible for your safety. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior puts others at risk.
