Free Safari Offer Terms
Terms and conditions for the free Regular Evening Desert Safari offer.
Free Regular Evening Desert Safari Offer
Customers who book a Buggy Ride or Quad Bike may qualify for a complimentary Regular Evening Desert Safari. The booking must be made by 31 October 2026. The activity and safari may take place after October, subject to availability and your personalised quotation.
Eligibility
The qualifying activities are Buggy Ride and Quad Bike. To qualify, you must enquire about and book one of these activities.
There is no fixed minimum activity price or ride duration. Activity details and offer eligibility are confirmed in your personalised quotation.
The number of people eligible for the complimentary safari is stated in your personalised quotation. The offer does not mean that every member of a group receives a free safari unless the quotation confirms it.
The Complimentary Safari
The complimentary package is the Regular Evening Desert Safari. Its standard inclusions apply: 4x4 dune bashing, camel ride, sandboarding, sunset photography, henna, Arabic dress photography, sheesha, camp entertainment according to the schedule, BBQ buffet with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, unlimited soft drinks, water, tea and coffee, and pickup and drop-off from Dubai or Sharjah.
The Buggy Ride or Quad Bike activity and the complimentary safari are intended to take place on the same day. Both are subject to availability.
Quotation and Booking Confirmation
Buggy Ride and Quad Bike prices are provided through personalised quotations. If you would prefer the VIP Safari instead of the Regular Evening Safari, VIP upgrade availability and eligibility are determined in your personalised quotation.
Payment terms are stated in the quotation and confirmed when the booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after the Red Dunes Adventure team sends you a separate booking confirmation. An enquiry or a quotation alone is not a confirmed booking.
Availability and Changes
Same-day bookings are allowed, subject to availability. If your selected activity is unavailable, alternatives, rescheduling or any refund will be confirmed in your personalised quotation. Date changes depend on availability and the quotation.
Cancellation and Other Promotions
Our Cancellation Policy applies to this offer. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
